Grievance Redressal
How to raise a concern, and the committees responsible for student safety.
How to Raise a Concern
Any parent, guardian or student may raise a concern with the school. Concerns are handled in the following order:
- Speak to the class teacher first. Most matters are resolved at this stage.
- If unresolved, write to the Principal at shivajividyapeeth.sch@gmail.com or call +91 89776 53606.
- If still unresolved, ask the office to refer the matter to the school’s grievance redressal officer.
Complaints relating to a child’s safety are treated as urgent and go directly to the Principal, not through the ordinary sequence.
Committees
The school constitutes a committee under the POCSO Act 2012 and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act 2013, and an anti-bullying and anti-ragging committee. To contact either committee, or to ask who currently serves on it, call the school office on +91 89776 53606.
