Privacy Policy
What this website collects, how photographs are handled, and how to contact us about your data.
What This Website Collects
This website has no login, no analytics scripts and no advertising trackers. It loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Browsing these pages does not create an account or a profile, and the school sets no cookies.
The one exception is the map on the contact page, which is supplied by Google Maps. Loading that page therefore contacts Google, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. The school does not control this and receives nothing from it.
When You Contact Us
The enquiry form on the contact page opens your own email application with the message ready to send. Nothing you type is stored by this website or sent anywhere until you press send in your own email program.
The phone and WhatsApp links open your own phone or WhatsApp application. Using them shares your phone number with the school in the same way any phone call would, and your message is then held by the school office. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy, which the school does not control.
Information you send us in an enquiry is used only to answer that enquiry and to process an admission if you proceed. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone outside the school except where the law requires it.
Photographs of Children
Photographs of students are published on this website only with written consent from a parent or guardian. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the school office, and the photograph will be removed from the website promptly.
If you find a photograph of your child on this site that you did not consent to, contact us and it will be taken down while we check the records.
Student Records
Academic records, admission forms and any documents you submit to the school office are held by the school under its own record-keeping practice. They are not published on this website. Requests to see or correct a record should be made in writing to the Principal.
Your Rights
You may ask what information the school holds about you or your child, ask for a correction, or ask for its removal where the school is not required by law or by the Board to retain it. Write to shivajividyapeeth.sch@gmail.com or call +91 89776 53606.
